Pull the plenum, heads, turbos and manifolds off the block. Keep the oil pan on, to protect the crank, but I hope you have a good way to transport it. I would get a pallet and an old tire to set the oil pan into, then strap the block down to the pallet. Then wrap it in plastic and box up all the other parts. :)
